Flying Club - Aeroclub de Reus

At the Aero Club de Reus, we offer's top quality, competitively priced instruction on the JAR courses. Private Pilots License (PPL).

Our facilities

We’ve got 6 aircrafts in total:

2 Cessna 152 (school plane with two seats)

1 Cesna 172 (four seats)

1 Bücker ( acrobatic & classic plane two seats)

1 Piper Harcher II PA28 (four seats)

1 Diamond DA 20 C-1 eclipse (two seats. School plane)

The Aero club has its own hangars where we park and do the maintenance of the planes.

We also have a meeting hall, a classroom "Flying School" (where we do the theoretical classes, conferences, courses, talks and flying instructions), the office room, the library and the video room. Pilots' room. WC. Café & restaurant. We also have our own repairing garage. eCampus Virtual online. Private Park Place (cars). Aircraft maintenance workshop and hangar space for aircraft.

Forum

All our buildings are on the Reus Airport. We use its runway (2.455 metres long) and all the airport excellent navigation aids that allows us to operate our flying practises in the best conditions.

Our offices are open every day along the year except on 25-26 and 31 December and 1 and 6 January. The normal timetable is from 9 a.m. till the sunset. So pupils taking the Private Pilot Course have a wide and flexible timetable to plan their flight classes.

Along the year we organise a lot of different activities such as:

-Talks

-The” Calçotada Rally” wich takes place in February

-“Tarragona’s Air Tour” in Autumn

-Visits and journeys to any place related with the aeronautical World. Other airports and flying club.

-Flying School. PPL-A
